February is already here! Everyone knows it - it's the month of HAK (love in Lao)!
To embrace the lovely month, we will be selling customized bears as part of our fundraising efforts for our OSLP to Laos this May. Valentine Day is not just a day for lovers but also a day to commemorate lifelong friendship, sisterhood/brotherhood and kinship. In the spirit of loving, you can give by purchasing our customized bears! Bears can be personalized with an initial of your intended recipient (ie. B for Ben). Each purchase will be accompanied with a complimentary Starbucks voucher!!
Behind the scenes of the final product! Everyone hard at work - making the product in a relay system. :) Making the bouquet, arranging the flowers, positioning the bears etc. (GOOD TEAMWORK EVERYONE!)
While gathering to prepare for our event, we wished our February baby Xiao Wen (also the Progs head - Progs is getting really busy preparing for the 1st phase of our project - Local Service Learning Project!!! JIAYOU!!) a very happy birthday!!! Positive vibes is a great feeling (:
