[CHOOSING OUR OSLP LOCATION]

15 November 2014 - LT26

Voting day! Today, we were presented with 5 choices for the country that we will be heading to for our OSLP. After rounds of open discussions on the pros and cons of the shortlisted countries, *drum roll* the country that we've chosen unanimously is LAOS!!!!

Kudos to the admin team for the extensive research in ensuring the reliability of the NGOs. In our email exchanges with Mr Peter, we have since identified Sanitation (headlice) and IT skills as potential areas to focus on our projects. In due time, with more information, we hope to plan a project that truly caters to the need of the people in Laos and sustainable.

AAR on our Halloween Session last October was also part of our agenda. We concluded that while there were still rooms for improvement in terms of communication, overall, the team did well for the event. As finals are around the corner, Admin team took the opportunity to wish the team well via welfare packs (cues AWWWW). All the best Angels!!! We can do it /o/
Ending the meeting on a high note, we had a birthday celebration for the solo November baby, Jun Kai! The thoughtful birthday boy also had a present for us - kaleidoscope of love keychain :') For now, we'll be focusing on finals. Later on, we'll start on a series of fundraising events, and concurrently finalize our local and overseas service learning projects partners!
